DOL Issues Temporary Rule: Regulations Regarding FFCRA Leave

The Department of Labor (“DOL”) issued temporary regulations to implement emergency paid leave under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (“FFCRA”), as well as additional FAQs that provide much needed clarification on many aspects of the new requirements.
