On January 24, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (“HHS”) published its Annual Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2020. This guidance is a proposed rule that addresses certain provisions of the Affordable Care Act (“ACA”). This is just a proposed rule.

Any changes will be formalized in a final rule.
